Fitness boot camp

Boot Camp Update- Boot Camp Classes are BACK!!!!!
​Saturday mornings to start your weekend with a kick, every other Saturday at 10:15 am and led by our newest instructor Debbye!

  • Classes are 30-45 minute high intensity workouts using a combination of free weights, body weight, and cardio.
  • You will burn calories, develop lean muscle, and sculpt and tone the entire body.
  • We'll hit multiple muscle groups in one session and will always include a major muscle group to burn maximum calories in a short amount of time.
  •  Most classes will be modeled after the HIIT method- "High Intensity Interval Training".
