We are incredibly excited about our all new boot camp
- 30 minute high intensity workouts using a combination of free weights, body weight, and cardio.
- Burn calories, develop lean muscle, and sculpt and tone the entire body.
- Multiple muscle groups in one session and will always include a major muscle group to burn maximum calories in a short amount of time.
- Most classes will be modeled after the HIIT method- "High Intensity Interval Training".
