- We offer 30-minute and 60-minute personal training sessions. For best result we recommend people train at least two times a week.
- Prior to your first session you will receive a complementary 30-minute consultation which allows our trainer to learn about each client's goals and needs.
- Every workout is designed specifically for that client and their goals. We will set multiple goals together and track your progress monthly to make sure each client sees the results they are hoping to achieve.
