The rise & shine beginners class will be a Hatha style class, perfect for anyone new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or someone who wants a gentle morning flow. This will help the students learn breathing control and body control throughout movements. This style of yoga is accessible to everyone, with modifications for people of different fitness levels, backgrounds, and injuries. This is the perfect place to begin if you are new to yoga!

Power Vinyasa Flow

Power Vinyasa Flow is a powerful and energetic flow where you will marry breath to movement. A full body class that sculpts, tones, boosts metabolism and is fitness inspired. This is a challenging class where we will work larger muscle groups and always include a lot of core work, quick transitions and balance poses. A wonderful class for students looking for a challenge who already have a yoga or a fitness practice and want to take their practice one step further.

Beginner Hatha Rise & Shine

This early morning basics class is perfect for anyone new to yoga, recovering from an injury, or someone who wants a gentle flow. This 45 minute class is a beautiful way to start your day and will help the students learn breathing control and body control, basic poses and their alignments, and begin to increase their mobility and strength. This is the perfect place to begin if you are new to yoga!

This class is a relaxing and opening combination of yin and restorative yoga, gently moving through floor movements and focusing on breath while being fully supported by props. It will help your joints and spine to feel long and loose. This class is extraordinarily gentle and accessible, open to all levels of students. Whether you need a respite from a busy day, need to recover from a tough workout, or are new to yoga and would like to explore it, this class is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvinated. Stretch and strengthen your body and your mind as you center and balance yourself. Rest and recharge to prepare you for your week. You will increase body awareness through this Hatha based practice well suited for all levels. Explore asana's as you learn to mindfully connect breath with movement. Restorative Flow

Align the physical and mental by practicing restorative yoga in stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. Props such as blankets, bolster and blocks are used to assist in helping you to hold poses longer to calm the body and mind and encourage being fully present. Helping your body to feel completely supported reduces stress, slows your heart rate and breath while increasing blood flow to your vital organs. Restorative yoga helps to combat the physical and mental effects of everyday stress, and eases common ailments such as headaches, backaches, anxiety, and insomnia with the use of calm restful poses, deep breathing and mindfulness techniques. Some documented benefits of restorative yoga: boosts immunity, enhances your mood, deeply relaxes the body, stills the mind, soothes the nervous and immune system.
