Power Vinyasa Flow is a powerful and energetic flow where you will marry breath to movement. A full body class that sculpts, tones, boosts metabolism and is fitness inspired. This is a challenging class where we will work larger muscle groups and always include a lot of core work, quick transitions and balance poses. A wonderful class for students looking for a challenge who already have a yoga or a fitness practice and want to take their practice one step further.

Hatha Rise & Shine

Our 10:30 class is a 60 minute class designed to energize your body and mind before a hectic day begins. These will focus on full body movements, sun salutations, core work and some balance poses. This class always begins with a gentle full body warm up to awaken mind and muscle, and moves into more challenging poses. You will leave feeling empowered, strong, and limber.

This class is a relaxing and opening combination of yin and restorative yoga, gently moving through floor movements and focusing on breath while being fully supported by props. It will help your joints and spine to feel long and loose. This class is extraordinarily gentle and accessible, open to all levels of students. Whether you need a respite from a busy day, need to recover from a tough workout, or are new to yoga and would like to explore it, this class is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Stretch and strengthen your body and your mind as you center and balance yourself. Rest and recharge to prepare you for your week. You will increase body awareness through this Hatha based practice well suited for all levels. Explore asana's as you learn to mindfully connect breath with movement. Fusion Flow

Wake up your body with a deep and full scale warm up that incorporates both yoga and dance elements. This class will then pick up its pace with a faster yoga flow that is perfect for all level yogis or fitness folks. Advanced variations of movements will always be available for those who want a more challenging class in the morning. This class along with its upbeat playlist will have all who experience it in smiles and feeling a deeper connection with their mind and body throughout their practice.

Yin/Vin

Yin/Vin seamlessly blends the elements of an active vinyasa practice with the restorative benefits of yin yoga. Move through a cleansing vinyasa flow to engage and activate the body before easing into passive, supported postures to reset the mind and relax your body. |
Empowered 1/2 Hour HIIT
(Thursday's at 7pm-7:30 pm) (advanced yogi's or fitness folks) |
Our 30 minute boot camp will help you gain strength, develop core stability, boost endurance and access your power! This fun and fast paced class in a group setting will help to hold you accountable and have fun while getting fit and burning calories. This class will empower and challenge you while being inclusive to all fitness levels and needs. You will leave feeling accomplished and strong!

Golden Strength & Mobility

Our mobility and stability class is for anyone looking to improve the mobility of the joints, increase flexibility in their muscles and create core stability. This class is catered towards the retired population but anyone is welcome who wants to increase their balance and coordination, decrease joint and muscle pain, prevent injuries and increase their ability to enjoy life and all it offers. By using a combination of yoga, Pilates and weight training in an intimate group class setting, you will be gaining improvements in your physical and mental health and leave feeling balanced and more mobile.
